No, this is not our hedge. It is our neighbors. The English are quite accomplished at what I refer to as "hedging". Here is how my first go at it went.
Yes, this is the finished product, I am dismayed to say. But it must be done. As you can see, the whole neighborhood keeps their hedges quite trim and according to Fulbright, we are representing.

Those are plastic bags over Jesse's shoes. (See Sarah, we recycle!). Since we packed so light, we have no grubby shoes for grass stains.
