Remembering Cambridge

It has been six years since I spent a summer studying at Cambridge University. It was only a month program, but it was to be the most influential summer of my life. I was fortunate to have Sarah along with me for the grand adventure. We feel the same way about Cambridge, and have been back once already 3 years ago to walk down the streets and laugh as we recall our naivety.
Now, it was time for my husband to experience one of my favorite places. I looked forward to going back for days. I took him to my favorite pub, The Eagle. The ceiling is covered with the marks of RAF airmen from WWII.

He let me wander around the streets and show him my old dorm. It was nice to remember, but nicer still to be back in England and this time with my husband.

  2. why did i not get you writing a journal 20 years ago - and leaving it in the family room so i could read it???

i think i've learned more about things that are near and dear to your heart in the past two weeks than the past two years. You express yourself extremely well, and I have not caught a spelling or grammatical error yet! (is that spell check or Jesse??)

keep the posts coming - it's becoming my favorite website overnight!
