The map above outlines our historic tour of England. We wanted to begin our stay in England by immersing ourselves in its rich cultural and historic heritage. We purchased English Heritage passes and set our course to explore the famous castles, cathedrals, pubs, and towns throughout England. Rose's favorites stops included Hadrian's Roman Wall, quaint coffee shops that served delicious cappuccinos, and of course, Cambridge. Jesse's favorites stops included The Eagle pub in Cambridge, Warwick Castle, York Minster Cathedral, and "Rambo", the little owl at Alnwick Castle. Don't worry, we saved all the close spots for our friends who come visit us!
