Alnwick Castle

Alnwick Castle is home to several birds of prey. Rose's favorite was the Peregrine Falcon, which is the fast bird on the planet in free fall. It tops out at over 240 mph. My favorite was a little fellow named Rambo. Despite Rambo's 4" stature, he is one tough bird of prey. (I actually think that he was sleeping during this picture.)

If Alnwick Castle looks familiar, it is because it is has been featured in the Harry Potter movies. Rose thinks this is the only reason that little Rambo was present at the castle.
