I took Rose out to the Melting Pot in D.C. A bear
laden with yummy Melting Pot chocolates
greeted Rose at the table.
Rose's beautiful new outfit inspired me to dress
up too. But as you can see her beauty far out
shines me. We shared a lovely cheddar cheese
blend and finished with our signature Yin and
Yang (white chocolate mixed with milk chocolate),
with a shot of Bailey's Irish Cream.
Delicious!!
After dinner I took Rose to see the Phantom of
the Opera at the Kennedy Center. This play is
significant to our relationship because I recited
some of the lines from the song, All I ask of You,
when I asked Rose to marry me 2 and 1/2 years
ago.
After the play we went for a walk
along the terrace and spent time
looking at the beautiful Georgetown
skyline.
